By the Order of ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Thailand dated 30 November B.E. 2559 (2016), starting from 1 December 2016 to 28 February 2017 Thailand will launch a temporary tourist visa fee exemption scheme and a temporary Visa on Arrival (VoA) fee reduction scheme. Details are as follow:
Applicants or their representative from Peshawar, Islamabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad & Multan can submit their Thai visa applications at nearest G.H Travel’s Visa Drop Box for processing at the Royal Thai Embassy, Islamabad.
Following are the types of visa applications being dealt by G.H Travel’s Visa Drop Box Transit Visa (Single Entry)Transit Visa (Double Entry) Tourist Visa (Single Entry) Non-Immigrant Visa (Single Entry) (Business, Conferences, Exhibitions etc) Non-Immigrant Visa (One Year Multiple Entry)
Applications can be submitted without any appointment at G.H Travel’s Visa Drop Box offices personally by the applicants or through any representatives. It is strongly recommended to provide all documents as required by the Embassy. Applicants / representatives have to bring two set of visa application form duly signed by the applicant along with applicant original passport, pictures, PERSONAL bank statement, all other supporting documents, Embassy fee and G.H Travel’s service charges in cash.
The Royal Thai Embassy normally takes 07 working days to process the visa applications. This time could vary depending on the procedures at the Embassy.
Applicants are advised to submit their applications 2- 3weeks prior to their departure date.
All visitors to Thailand must being possession of minimum US$ 500 or equivalent to that amount in any major currency. Anyone who fails to comply with this regulation may be refused to enter Thailand by the Thai Immigration authority at the port of entry.
